Jeff and Jim have lived, worked and begun to raise their families in Northern Virginia since 1996. They know and love the various communities that comprise the area and are vested in helping their neighbors thrive and succeed through assisting them in their career search or the growth of their business.

Brian was drawn to PrideStaff for its mission to “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” Our organization puts the client first by engaging employers locally, face to face, and really listening. This client-first focus opens the door for customized, winning strategies to drive success for all parties in the employment equation. Loving what you do every day is the most important component of success, and the staffing industry allows me to do what I truly enjoy. I value each opportunity I have to help local job seekers, employers and our community as a whole.

Background

Jeff: Earned his Executive MBA from Georgetown University and most recently wrapped up a 21 year career working for AOL, Inc. as VP of Finance and Sales Operations. During his time at AOL he helped the executives navigate complex business challenges, integrated numerous acquisitions into their processes, and helped the sales organization become more efficient and profitable. Everything I have done was focused on delivering superior levels of service to my partners. I bring a wealth of executive-level decision-making and leadership skills to my role at PrideStaff.

Jim: His diverse professional career includes coaching college football, project manager and business analyst roles for AOL, Inc., and working as an IT Program Director for The Nature Conservancy, directing global technology initiatives for the world’s largest conservation organization. I consider myself a jack of all trades, skilled in developing teams, navigating complex business relationships and innovative problem solving; I apply the breadth of professional experience I’ve acquired to help employers develop and implement effective staffing solutions.

Brian: Northern Virginia is home. After attending high school in Alexandria and graduating from George Mason University, I spent 20 years building, leading and mentoring teams across the public utility and telecommunications industries. Throughout this period, I was blessed to work alongside amazing people as I led operations, marketing, sales and customer service teams in start-up, mid-cap and Fortune 100 companies. A passion for consultative problem-solving, mentoring individuals and teams while always putting the customer first led to great experiences and opportunities in my career. Now, I have the privilege of channeling that passion and my expertise to solve our customers’ biggest problems.
